Layout and Coding
Documents already in electronic format are reformatted after applying new style-sheets, inserting pre-defined fields, adding tags and / or direct corrections to the text. The documents are then coded according to Clients' instructions and can be transferred onto database.

Conversion and Unification
These are useful functions in the case of harmonization of large quantities of different files contained in various electronic formats, or when there is a need for unification of databases which do not communicate properly. Our intent is not to programme the migration from one file to another, but to simply re-enter in the main database the elements of the other. Whereby eliminating bugs.
Scanning and OCR
The documents are first scanned as images which are then "dusted", a useful function notably in the case of grayish photocopies or ancient documents. Depending on the quality of the originals, these can be processed using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function. The documents are then corrected to reach our minimum accuracy level of 99.9%. They can also be laid out and or coded following the usual process.
Paper Archives
Forms, mailing lists, business cards, reports, books, newspapers, magazines, ancient texts, poor quality texts, tables, charts, chemical or mathematical formulas, etc.
Scanned Documents (as images)
Our Clients frequently give us CD-ROMs on which their most valuable documents have been scanned. This method typically negates the need for physically removing documents from archives.
- We give the work back in the Format and Media of your choice, in most cases.
